MUTYA (the “App”) is developed and operated by Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

We believe that your personal data belongs to you. Because of this, our App is designed to operate with a strict “zero data collection” philosophy.

  1. On-Device Storage

Any data, settings, or preferences you create within the App are stored locally on your device and nowhere else.

  • We do not operate external servers to back up your on-device data.
  • If you delete the App from your device, all associated local data is permanently deleted. We cannot recover this data for you.
  1. App Permissions

The App may request access to certain device features (such as your [e.g., Camera, Photo Library, or Files]) solely to perform the functions you expect (e.g., to load a file).

  • No Uploading: Any processing of files happens strictly on your local device.
  • No Transmission: This data is never transmitted to us or any third party.
  • You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device’s system settings.

To ensure complete privacy, our App does not integrate with any third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) that collect data.

  • No Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel).
  • No Ads: We do not use third-party advertising networks that track your behavior to serve targeted ads.
