DIPLOMATE PART II (ORAL) EXAMINATION – 1st Batch
Period of application: DEC 09, 2020 – JANUARY 12, 2021
Dates of Examination: March 12, 19, 26 2021
Venue: VIRTUAL/ONLINE PLATFORM

DIPLOMATE PART II (ORAL) EXAMINATION – 2nd Batch
Period of application: APRIL 12 to MAY 14, 2021
Date of Examination: Aug. 6, 13, 20, 27 2021
Venue: POGS Building (if In-Person or Face-to-Face)
*Application papers and requirements will be accepted until 5:00PM only.

FEES for Part 1 Application and Examination:
Application fee P3,000 (must be paid upon submission of requirements);
Examination fee P5,000 (must be paid upon approval of requirements).
FEES for Part 2 Application and Examination:
Application fee P4, 000 (must be paid upon submission of requirements);
Examination fee P6, 000 (must be made upon approval of requirements).

HOSPITAL ACCREDITATION VISITS
Date: MARCH TO SEPTEMBER 2021 (for Hospital Visits of Institutions originally scheduled for site visit in 2020, but whose visit has been deferred due to the pandemic)

NOTE: For the 15 Hospitals whose accreditation status expires on December 31, 2021, the visit of these institutions is deferred for one year and will then be scheduled for MARCH TO SEPTEMBER 2022.

For the Hospitals with expiring accreditation this 2021, DEADLINE OF APPLICATION FOR REACCREDITATION has been set for SEPTEMBER 1, 2021*.
